MMANAGEMI provides website design, AI receptionists, marketing services, Facebook & Google Ads management, SEO, and business automation. Scope, deliverables, and fees for engagements are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and any content, credentials, or ad-account access needed for us to deliver services.
4. Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables produced specifically for your project belong to you. MMANAGEMI retains rights to underlying tools, templates, and know-how used to create them.
6. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMANAGEMI's total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable service agreement. Fees earned prior to termination remain due.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
